So what exactly is Love Plus?

Basically, it’s a dating sim for Nintendo DS game from Konami, released on Sept. 3 last year.

It just another Japan dating sim. So whats the big deal about it?

Yes it is, my comrade. Its all lies within Nintendo DS’s built-in microphone and touch screen interaction. You can talk with your girls, have a skinship, and, well, a kisses too. Oh yeah, did I mention that this game literally start after she confessed to you?

Yeah, I’m slowpoke here. The game has been around since 2005, a parody from the eroge Cross†Channel: To All People. riku2replica introduced this game to me in the MSN just now, and now I’m hooked. Lulz, just when I was about to play my new Serious Sam HD. More after the jump.

The whole objective is to hit this poor fella up to the air and send him flying as far as possible. It took me quiet a while before I realize that after you choose the angle, hold the mouse for the power gauge. Dun just click.

And then off he goes.

Once in the air, his flight may be influenced by any of the characters standing on the ground when a collision occurs, or from additional aerial crashes you can activate with a click of the mouse.

Click, and send him off farther. Certain character can boost his flight.

ZUBAAAAAAAAAAAN again and again.

And course, certain character slow him down.

And certain character stop him abruptly. This mean game over and your score is there.

There’s a lot of another circumstances which I haven’t seen yet, so expect this to get more exciting in every try. This is my highest score so far. Not bad for my 8th try.

Goodbye 2009, and welcome 2010!

So yeah, time sure flew fast. Lot of shit happen this past year, and I’d say that 2009 is my best year so far. My new year resolution? More after the jump.

My 2010 objectives

1. Get the L licenses. achieved on Jan 7th.
2. Get the P licences.
3. Buy the Kotobukiya’s Kanon 1/8 Akiko Minase 4-Leaves LG.
4. Settle all my debt.
5. Participate in GMT+10 10:10:10 @ 10/10/2010 movement.
6. Upgrade my PC. At least to an i5. Or new graphic card. Or new hard disk. Whichever come within my reach first.
7. Watch all those downloaded Fall 2009 anime.
8. Buy an original Diablo 3 and/or Starcraft 2.
9. Completing my Aria manga collection. 3 to go.
10. Err…. time to graduate from being single? LMAO.

Meh, most of ‘em wont come true anyway, especially #4. (in b4 shietstorm). Anyway, Czero’s out.

’sup guise. It’s been awhile since I last post here, coz I’m too lazy for it, and with certain someone torrenting non-stop, leaving me with a crappy internet. Oh well, its still not too late for me to wish Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri to all my Muslim members, Selamat Berpuasa to those who are doing the “puasa enam”, and Happy Deepavali to all my Indian friends.  On the other note, it seems like my duit raya this year has increased A LOT compared to be years before, and looks like the older you get, the more duit raya you got, don’t you agree? On the other hand, I’m dirt cheap at the time of writing. So basically my old (not really old) Cooler Master blows up on me on first Ramadhan, and on top of it, I lost the receipt, making it impossible to RMA it, I got no choice but to buy a new one. Actually, I’ve been borrowing a generic PSU from one of my housemate, but since he want it back, I left nothing but a PSU-less PC. So I ask Zaku to find a new-but-relatively-good-and-cheap PSU for me and he came up with Mushkin EB-500W PSU. Never heard of Mushkin making a PSU before apart from their high-perfomance RAM. ^_^ For RM 178, its certaily not one of the cheapest around, but I don’t mind paying more for quality. I hope I can use it for the next 1-2 years. 3 PSUs in a year? Are you kiddin’ me? *sigh* Ah yeah, for you information, my girlfried = my PC la. Aiyo.

Anyway, fujkenasai is organizing a second /as/ Lan Party at his house this end of October, so those /as/ who wanna join please refer to RSVP at linkin’s blog. Kinda disappointed, I can’t join the LAN Party this time coz I got a competition to attend that very day. RAGE!. Oh well.. By the way, for last year’s LAN party, pictures are all here. xD

My friend, darXness just bought an Olympus FE-230 point-and-shoot camera. Been playing it for awhile, I am amused to the fact that this camera were actually good in taking macro pictures, though not as good as Lumix LX3 or any SLR out there. But hey, for Rm 350, it’s quite worthy. Here some of my attempt on macro shooting, and most of ‘em were taken at night, so yeah, that explain the noise on certain pictures. Oh well. Man, it’s almost a month, and now I lose my momentum already. Oh well, I hope you guys don’t mind I upload the pic only. xD

Long story short, me and my fellow forumer flame13th went to Bon Odori using the free shuttle bus service from Shah Alam SS19 KTM Station around 4.30 pm. Went there, meet with fellow CF and EMINA guys as well as /as/ peoples. I end up walking around with camera in hand. Meet Piro for the first time. ^_^ Most of the stuff there are pretty expensive, and you can get most of ‘em from any major supermarket out there.  And yeah, there a lot of loli and shota in yukata around, and their parents are sporting enough to let their kids etting photograph by others. Cute loli ^_^. Err no, I’m not implying that I’m a lolicon okay. On night time, the event started, and I get join the others for my first o-Bon dance. xD The step are easy to remember, and its fun. I do went to last year’s, but I dun get to dance for some reason.  Went back around 9.30, though the event end at 10pm to prevent myself caught in the Zurg Rush later on. Nonetheless, its so fun. Sadly, no firework compared to Penang one.

And damn, I should’ve bought those Rm 1 Livita in bulk. So damn cheap. Nevermind, there’s always next year. xD

Actually, this post has been in draft box for like 3 weeks, but the lack of pictures prevent me from publishing this one up. In the end I think it’s easit if I just link any blog with more pictures than I do. Furthermore, ALL pictures here are not being taken by me. Most of ‘em are from my linkinstreet and maskawaih so I might as well link ‘em up here. XD Anyway here come the report after the jump.

On the first day, we arrived at MMU Cyberjaya Grand Hall around 9.30 am. The event started at 10 am, but handful of people are already there. So I took my time wandering around for, and bought the cheapest ticket to watch Minorin live concert on the second day. 10 am, we’re allowed to enter the hall.

This is my second visit to MMU Cyberjaya Grand Hall after those Cyberfusion event, so it bring me back the memories xD Anyway, when I’m inside, most of the doujin booths haven’t finished setted up yet. Saw wolfx setting up his Macross booth. Decide to visit him later on, so I end up follwoing maskawaih to on of the booth. They were yet finished setting up their booth, but there are already people who start buying there. Wow. End up buying the whole set of K-On and Miku’s buttons. Oh yeah, we meet an /as/ fella, liquidsnake. Nice to know you man.

We’re pretty much surprised when we found out there’s Maid Cafe, and well, the maids is pretty much good looking. :3 Its still too ealrly for lunch, so we walk around abit.

We come across a very long que line, and later we find out that they were queing up for original anime goodies at KKnM booth of which, well, selling the original anime merchandise like keychain, poster, tshirt and mug. Same price as it were in Japan, but no shipping cost. Mezmerized, I que up for almost 1 hour, and bought myself a Clannad poster and pencil board, which cost me like Rm 60++. Ouch. In before i906’s rage.

Cut the line and you’re a dead meat. xD

….man, I’m too lazy to type now. Long story short, we watched the Karaoke and Individual Cosplay competition. Went around abit, played Rock Band (there’s 2 booth of it xD). At 5 pm, Minori Chihara arrived for the Q&A session with AWSM and Elite ticket holder, so those without the ticket or only bought the Enthusiast ticket are being left out. Well, not really. xD

Went home, errr, I mean, maskawaih’s house, around 8 pm.

Man, the air-con is too cold for me that I end up using the toto as my blanket. Brrr…

Okay, now for 2nd day. I’m toooooo lazy atm, so I;m going to write about the concert.

The concert is a blast, thanks to her hardcore fans who came all the way from Japan to watch the concert. They also giving out those light stick, and a flag, complete with well-written English/Malay/Japanese instruction. Yes, you heard it, Malay. Man, they really save the day. I can’t imagine the concert run without those light sticks. She sang 10 songs, and 2 encore songs. The best and most memorable part is, on the last 2 songs, she was wearing baju Kebaya. Man, if only I knew about it earlier, I should get the Rm 250-ticket instead and sit at the front row. Ahaha. xD CHIHARA MINORI SAIKO DAA!!!

So yeah, I’m done here. I’m not going to talk about those water bottle incident and some of the shit happen after Daicon her, coz I have enough of it. Hmm, maybe I’ll upload some of the pictures I copied from linkin and maskawaih later.

Well, yeah, June 1st 2009 officially make me a 19 years old man who, still, relied fully onto his parents. Ahaha, guess I still haven’t matured a bit since 2006, the year where I took my SPM paper. Nothing much for this year, just a bit of “financial stimulus” from my parent for this week, and, the best thing is, getting a birthday wishes from my housemate, coursemate and friends over /as/, /gh/  and #lowyat. Guess most of my old friend didn’t remember my birthday anymore. /lol Don’t make me go rant about this year’s prank. *point at piro’s note in Facebook* ^_^

Anyway guys, thanks for the wishes, and to piro, thanks for documenting the ‘event’ for me. XD Ahahaha. Save me time to copy-pasta it into my diary. XD My new resolution? Getting the Panasonic LX3 this VERY year. \o/

Okay, another late writed up by me. This time, it’s about Cyberfusion 2009 which was recently held at Grand Hall MMU Cyberjaya from 10 till 12th April. It’s been almost 3 weeks, but God know how I miss the event. Some of the stuff there :

1. I meet with quiet alot of fellow gamers. *added the to Steam friend.
2. Suprisingly, many people know about me. I’m not saying that I’m popular etc etc, but it seems like they knew me from those “I Am Legend” photoshopped poster. =_= Oh well. I’m okay with it though. New friends!
3. Working with e-club for the mini tourney. Me, shah_ho_nam and strifemare were volunteering for this. Learn shitload of new stuff from strifemare. Looking forward to work with you again next year!
4. Free Redbulls!!!!
5. There’s a bit chaos on the beginning of the event, mostly on the networking part. Our island’s router were not installed until less than an hour before the event started at 12 am Saturday.
6. The internet were painfully slow like hell during the beginning, and lasted for a few hours until the organizer found the culprit; Garena apps eats shitload of bandwith. And later they found out that someone is running a torrent. God knows what happen to him after the organizer humiliate him in front of everyone. /gg
7. THE AIR-COND!!! TURN IT OFF!! IT’S KILLING USS!!!

Thanks to the staff for helping us.  Man, we still have a good laugh about it. XD
